Long story short.....poor quality product!
Couldn’t Get the watch to sync with my iPhone. I emailed the customer service representative and went back-and-forth for many weeks. ( there is no telephone number to communicate with anyone! ) I know how to sync devices with my iPhone. I have done it many times. The representative insinuated the problem was my fault and that I did not know what I was doing… Believe me, the watch is faulty. Save yourself some time and aggravation and don’t order this morning! There are many superior products out there.
